IKM employs people trained in a variety of disciplines, who work in a collegial, casual environment in which corporate hierarchies are kept to a minimum. We are constantly on the look-out for self-driven and outstanding individuals who are passionate about the financial markets. Though many of our trading, risk-management and operations staff have had little or no experience when they have joined us, they all share uncommon intelligence, analytical ability and drive.
PRESENTLY WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPENINGS:
Quantitative Research: Candidates having masters degree and above in mathematics, statistics or engineering, and who have previously worked in a finance setting.
Software Development: Candidates having masters degree and above in computer science or engineering, and who have experience in developing automated, low-latency trading platform(s).
